We all encounter storms in life that can tempt us to despair, and yet because of our hope in Jesus, it's still possible to have a healthy soul in the midst of trials. Emotional and mental health is not the absence of unpleasant feelings, but the ability to take those feelings to God and receive His sustaining help. We are kicking off 2022 with this new series focusing on how to have a healthy soul by trusting in the goodness of God.
